Sixu LLC’s goal is to make our customers happy. If you have a problem, please Contact Us and let us know so we can make it better. If however, you still decide not to continue your relationship with us, please keep in mind the following Refund Policies:
Subscription Based Services
Sixu LLC offer several billing terms for our subscription based services (e.g. website hosting) including monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, anually, and bi-annually. These services are billed in advance. You are free to cancel at any time. If you decide to cancel your subscription based services with us, we will credit your Sixu Account the prorated amount from the date you cancel your service to the end of your current subscription.
Yearly Purchased Products
Sixu LLC also offers products that are provided in a yearly cycle (e.g. SSL Certificates). These products are only available in full year terms. Once you purchase the product, unfortunately we cannot refund the product for the current year. In certain situations there may be a free “trial” period. If you cancel your service during that period, we are able to cancel your order before you are billed for the full year. We apologize in advance for any problems this may cause.
